Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead water, wastewater treatment, and biogas operations to ensure reliable performance and environmental compliance.
  • •Supervise daily operations including workforce planning, shift readiness, and emergency response, ensuring SOP and procedural adherence.
  • •Drive process control, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions for abnormal conditions.
  • •Support Ingredion Performance System (IPS) activities including tier meetings, RCA/FCA, KPI scorecard progress, and utility optimization.
  • •Maintain quality, food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards and control utilities-related direct and indirect costs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or a related field in wastewater treatment.
  • •3–5 years of experience in wastewater treatment plant operations or water/wastewater/biogas processes.
  • •Strong understanding of water treatment, wastewater process control, biogas processes, environmental regulations, and discharge standards.
  • •Experience supervising operators and technicians to plan, monitor, and control operations to meet KPIs.
  • •Knowledge of food safety and quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, GHPs, FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher).
