Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead mobilization of new facilities management contracts from award through operational go-live, ensuring service continuity and contractual compliance.
  • •Develop mobilization plans including scope, resource requirements, timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and stakeholder communication.
  • •Conduct site due diligence and operational readiness assessments prior to service commencement.
  • •Deliver mobilization training and competency programs, and establish project governance with stage-gate reviews and reporting frameworks.
  • •Lead demobilization and contract exit activities, including asset recovery, staff redeployment, and documentation transfer.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master’s preferred.
  • •10+ years of experience in facilities management, operations, or contract management, including 4+ years leading large-scale mobilization and transition projects for IFM contracts.
  • •Experience developing mobilization plans covering scope, resources, timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • •Knowledge of facilities management contracts within the GCC market and regulatory environment.
  • •Project governance and reporting capability, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
