Job Summary

Support shared-services billing within the SSC, sustaining continuous improvement for billing processes while delivering high-quality customer service. Create and distribute invoices, review billing accuracy, and perform billing reconciliations in SAP. Analyze billing data to spot trends, inefficiencies, and errors impacting revenue, and handle billing inquiries. Follow billing/SSC policies and coordinate with localized operating companies to complete accurate billing reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Sustain a culture of continuous improvement for billing processes.
•Perform tasks assigned by the Billing Supervisor/Billing Manager and adhere to billing controls and policies.
•Create and distribute customer invoices and review invoices for billing accuracy.
•Perform billing and reconciliations in SAP and analyze billing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or errors.
•Support billing inquiries and complete billing reporting with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•Prior work experience and customer service experience (preferred).
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) plus strong analytical and organizational skills.
