Job Summary

Support the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) team by performing administrative work for CRA compliance, reporting, tracking, and documentation. Research and coordinate employee volunteer service opportunities with Community Development Managers, set up and promote volunteer events using internal systems, validate CRA-qualifying activities, and process donation requests with approvals. Monitor donation workflows and budgets and provide periodic status updates and support external communications to grantees.

•Coordinate volunteer service hours by researching volunteer opportunities, working with Community Development Managers, and setting up and promoting volunteer events using internal systems.
•Track volunteer hours and validate CRA qualification of volunteer activities, and provide reporting to the team.
•Process donation requests (internal or external), working with CRA Community Development Managers to ensure documentation and approvals are complete.

•Entry-level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, and industry standards.
•Entry-level to intermediate experience with CRA Community Development services, grants, and donations, plus intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
