Lead sales for the Freight Forwarding division across Mumbai and Pune, driving revenue targets, market intelligence, and customer retention. Build a robust CRM-driven pipeline, coordinate pricing and operations, and develop a prioritized list of target customers to expand the division’s market share in India.

•Drive achievement of allocated budget for the Freight Forwarding branch.
•Map the market and maintain market intelligence of customers in the region.
•Maintain book of business as agreed and develop integrated solutions for customers.
•Develop a prioritized target customer list and focus sales effort to penetrate and grow the target customers.
•Ensure 100% CRM adoption and maintain pipeline as per budget; manage DSO and collections.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (as per Study Level) with relevant sales experience in Freight Forwarding/logistics preferred.
•Proven track record of achieving sales budgets and driving revenue growth.
•Strong market mapping and customer intelligence capabilities within the region.
•Experience maintaining a book of business and managing a sales pipeline with CRM systems.
•Ability to coordinate with Pricing and Operations teams to optimize opportunities and pricing strategies.
