Provide outstanding customer engagement and styling guidance to help shoppers select and purchase Kate Spade products that match their aesthetic. Drive sales through customer connections, product storytelling, and strong brand knowledge across categories. Maintain operational excellence by organizing the stockroom and completing POS transactions, while giving and receiving constructive feedback. Work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and busy/holiday periods.
