Ticket Seller

Handle ticketing and box office operations by ensuring cash handling compliance, reconciling daily/nightly ticket sales, and supporting will call and guest list workflows on show nights. Provide prompt in-person and phone customer service, troubleshoot ticketing issues, and assist with ADA-related requests. Operate the Ticketmaster host system, maintain call center menus and calendars, update ticket logs/spreadsheets, and support venue coverage when needed.
