Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in business analysis, program operations, business operations, strategy & operations, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and leveraging AI technologies.
  • •Experience with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Vertex AI, Gemini, AI Agents, and workflow automation platforms.
  • •Strong understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI-assisted content generation, and business process automation.
