Job Summary

Shape and execute product marketing strategies for the Maintenance & Repair portfolio (including Cordless Tools) across the EMEIA region. Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, profitability, and portfolio lifecycle optimization by turning customer insights into initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Regional Marketing to support product roadmaps, launches, pricing, and sales enablement materials that deliver measurable commercial results.

•Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across the Maintenance & Repair portfolio throughout EMEIA.
•Define and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth ambitions.
•Contribute to the product roadmap and support new product development and launch activities.
•Manage product lifecycle and ensure portfolio vitality through continuous optimization.
•Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition; optimize pricing; and develop marketing content and sales enablement tools.
