Associate Director - Structured Finance Ratings, Esoteric Assets, New York, Denver, or Toronto

Lead end-to-end analytical execution for structured finance esoteric assets, delivering independent credit opinions for new issues and ongoing surveillance. You’ll perform cash-flow and collateral-pool analysis, reconcile inputs and models, and translate complex results into executive-ready narratives for issuers, investors, and market participants. Serve as a senior reference point by coaching teams, improving playbooks/SOPs, and embedding responsible GenAI/LLM and agentic workflows with strong governance, controls, and quality standards.
