Credit Specialist

Provide superior customer experience to American Express cardmembers by handling credit- and collections-related questions, following the established call conversation model, and resolving issues on first contact where possible. Identify customers’ profiles and needs to recommend compliant payment and digital options that maximize spending capacity. Work with a strong quality and compliance mindset, using clear verbal communication, quick decision-making, and MS Office tools to drive FCR.
