Perform a wide range of automotive repairs and diagnostics in Carvana inspection/reconditioning centers, from light maintenance to heavy engine work. Key Responsibilities

•Perform general to complex automotive repairs on all makes and models, including timing belts, suspension systems, and heavy engine work.
•Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
•Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles.
•Repair vehicle climate control systems, including ACs and heater cores.
•Work in support of vehicle readiness, including availability for mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, including exposure to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
