Key Responsibilities

•Own ambiguous, cross-cutting problems spanning identity, policy, admin, and AI governance where no single team owns end-to-end outcomes.
•Drive strategy and technical product direction for foundational primitives that many downstream surfaces depend on.
•Partner deeply with engineering across teams with split ownership to align around coherent product direction.
•Shape and sequence platform tradeoffs (substrate before surface, migration-blocking before net-new, one fabric).
•Represent the team with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders on the hardest identity, access, and AI-governance questions.

Key Requirements

•Principal-level product manager comfortable defining scope in significant ambiguity with leadership partnership.
•Depth in platform/infrastructure product management for identity, access management, security, policy, or closely related domains (IAM/IdP/SCIM, authorization/PDP, or AI/agent governance).
•Strong technical fluency to reason about foundational primitives with senior engineers and architects.
•Track record owning cross-cutting, multi-team problems where ownership is fragmented.
•Translate strategy into sequencing with principled tradeoffs and deliver wedge-first scenarios with real customer usage.
