Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full-cycle recruiting including pipeline building, screening, interviewing, scheduling, stakeholder coaching, and closing.
  • •Drive high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and an equitable, high-quality candidate experience.
  • •Collaborate with hiring teams to calibrate expectations, improve hiring practices, and up-level talent decisions.
  • •Use quantitative and qualitative data (e.g., funnel conversions, time to fill, pass-through rates, candidate feedback) to identify patterns and recommend improvements.
  • •Build diverse talent pipelines via strategic sourcing, campaigns, events, and sustained outreach; prototype AI-assisted tools/workflows to improve recruiting.
  • •Promote inclusive hiring practices and strengthen employer brand as a purpose-driven, people-first workplace.
