•Develop and strengthen senior-level relationships with commercial leadership at a health plan partner to ensure Headway is known and championed across the organization.
•Analyze patient acquisition channels and form a point of view on which segments to target and what tradeoffs to make.
•Collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to deliver insights that inform product and operations strategy.
•Drive strategic initiatives to deepen the partnership, expand Headway’s role, generate new demand, and increase stickiness across the plan’s commercial ecosystem.
•Document a scalable approach so the commercial channel playbook can be replicated across other accounts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in business development or strategic partnerships/customer-facing roles.
•Track record of building meaningful relationships from scratch in complex, matrixed organizations strategically.
•Experience on the commercial side of healthcare, such as payer or employer channel exposure at a digital health company.
•Ability to identify key questions, find people and data, and form a point of view when the path forward is unclear.
•Operational excellence managing multiple high-impact customers and many moving parts, plus a playbook mindset (document logic so others can build on it).
