Key Responsibilities

•Architect scalable, cross-system business processes across Salesforce, PartnerStack, and Zendesk to drive automation, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
•Lead end-to-end implementation of large, complex initiatives including scoping, requirements gathering, solution design, prototyping, testing, deployment, and change management.
•Partner with senior GTM, Support, and Finance leaders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that influence prioritization and system strategy.
•Develop and maintain documentation such as process maps, architectural diagrams, and frameworks that codify institutional knowledge for continuity.
•Conduct proactive system audits and performance assessments to identify gaps and deliver low-maintenance, high-availability solutions across Salesforce and integrated applications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,550 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or U.S. equivalent) plus 4 years’ experience in business systems analysis, systems engineering, or related system design/architecture and sales process development across enterprise applications.
•2+ years translating sales user needs into scalable Salesforce and GTM system enhancements that improve usability and process efficiency.
•2+ years as a Salesforce Sales Cloud end user using the platform for pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
•1+ year architecting and maintaining high-performance, high-availability integrations across Salesforce, PartnerStack, Zendesk, using middleware tools (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft) and custom APIs.
•1+ year designing scalable systems using Salesforce Flows, SOQL, Lightning components, REST APIs, and Zendesk APIs, including agile unit testing and UAT for iterative deployments.
