Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive GMI’s global strategy and priorities aligned with People Operations and broader business strategy.
  • •Own and evolve a single global GMI operating model harmonizing mobility/immigration policies and ways of working across brands.
  • •Lead and develop pillar leaders and a globally distributed team to build collaboration and accountability.
  • •Own vendor strategy by evaluating, negotiating, and consolidating mobility and immigration vendor relationships to control cost and quality.
  • •Drive process improvement and a technology roadmap modernizing how cases move from intake through visa filing and relocation; serve as escalation point for high-risk issues.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive experience in global mobility and/or immigration, including several years leading teams and owning strategy across multiple jurisdictions (ideally US, EMEA, and APAC).
  • •Track record building or scaling a global mobility/immigration function or operating model in a multinational, fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience developing and leading people leaders to build long-term organizational capability.
  • •Strong cross-cultural fluency and change management experience with globally distributed teams and cross-region alignment.
