•Drive performance through collaboration across all site functions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
•Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, monitor variances, and implement cost containment and efficiency measures.
•Plan and oversee production schedules to maximise efficiency and meet delivery targets, including capital investments as needed.
•Establish systems for robust data reporting on manufacturing costs, production efficiency, delivery performance, inventory, customer service, and quality to drive actionable improvements.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of relevant management experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
•The Taste Plant Experience is a must-have.
•Proven experience in manufacturing operations within the food industry.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
•Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams
