  • •Supervise and direct mold techs, team leaders, and machine operators to drive productivity, quality, housekeeping, and safety.
  • •Track and direct parts manufactured as needed for work orders and oversee production rates to monitor workflow, efficiency, and quality.
  • •Manage personnel activities including training and 90-day probation evaluation, vacation/time-card verification, attendance monitoring, corrective counseling, and accident investigation/reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •1-2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
