Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively manage accounts receivable collections through customer outreach via email and other communication channels.
  • •Develop and execute outreach strategies by customer segment, prioritizing accounts based on risk and payment history.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues and support a seamless customer experience.
  • •Manipulate and analyze data from spreadsheets and internal dashboards to identify trends and prepare AR and collections reports.
  • •Manage customer payment applications and account reconciliations, and serve as a point of contact for day-to-day billing and collections matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Entry-level role with strong attention to detail and the drive to learn and improve collections processes.
  • •Proficiency in English and excellent written and oral communication skills to handle customer inquiries diplomatically.
  • •Degree or advanced studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Técnico, Tecnólogo, or Pregrado).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate financial data.
  • •Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
