Job Summary

Own corporate FP&A for Clair by partnering with Finance leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning. Build financial models across revenue, unit economics, profitability, headcount, and cash flow, and translate insights into board, investor, and leadership reporting. Deliver monthly performance reviews across Product, GTM, Partnerships, and Controllership, while improving reporting infrastructure and scaling automation using Pigment, Snowflake, SQL, and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Finance leadership on forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and business performance analysis.
•Build and maintain financial models across revenue, unit economics, profitability, headcount, and cash flow.
•Evaluate new products, partnerships, and growth opportunities using financial analysis, business cases, and scenario modeling.
•Own board, investor, and leadership reporting by translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
•Build scalable reporting infrastructure using Pigment, Snowflake, SQL, AI tools, and automation to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

Salary: USD 165,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

•Experience building board-quality charts and presentations with high attention to data accuracy.
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus experience supporting month-end close and management reporting packages.
