Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary contact and leader for AECOM’s relationship with large PSPC accounts or as part of a PSPC support team.
  • •Develop, grow, and sustain AECOM’s business for assigned accounts and coordinate client interactions to ensure high-quality service.
  • •Resolve delivery issues or conflicts and manage risks that may impact project delivery.
  • •Set short- and medium-term account goals and strategies aligned to client needs, including resourcing evolution.
  • •Drive growth by coordinating capture of new business opportunities and renewal/extension of large-scale agreements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
  • •At least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • •Extensive experience with large and complex PSPC program and/or project delivery.
  • •Proven ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams.
  • •Preferred: bilingual with French language skills.
