Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop production, shop, JO, and as-built drawings from site measurements and project coordination, and maintain an organized drawing/document system
  • •Deliver drawings within project timelines and address design challenges to ensure functionality and manufacturability
  • •Prepare architectural drawings (e.g., floor plans and elevations) and detailed drawings for electrical or mechanical components with relevant specifications
  • •Ensure designs comply with building codes, coordinate with contractors to align construction with drawings, and present technical drawings to teams or clients
  • •Support material testing onsite, prepare weekly progress reports for material requirements and concerns, and facilitate coaching/mentoring while contributing to HSE initiatives and incident reporting

Key Requirements

  • •Certificate in AutoCAD or a related field, and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD to develop and plan drawings and sketches for construction/manufacturing
  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years relevant experience
  • •Knowledge of budgeting principles and cost accounting practices to support cost control and project cost assessment
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills
