Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately process financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.
  • •Serve as a resource to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues.
  • •Listen for financial wellness needs during client conversations and provide customized guidance, transitioning clients to a Banker when appropriate.
  • •Maintain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and support branch performance through participation in huddles and debriefs.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance cash drawer within guidelines, and support Saturday coverage as directed by management.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking).
  • •Experience handling cash.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) to educate clients on digital platforms.
