Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and align multi-disciplinary engineering teams (Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Sensors, Manufacturing) to deliver new WHOOP hardware products.
  • •Manage the engineering project management team for your program domain and align everyone to shared goals.
  • •Build and maintain visibility into sub-projects, advising executive leadership on prioritization and resource allocation.
  • •Coordinate critical milestones cross-functionally with partners such as Product, Industrial Design, and UX.
  • •Manage complex integrated projects end-to-end, creating schedules and driving test development from DOEs through large-scale beta tests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent practical experience) in hardware product development.
  • •8+ years of industry experience in consumer electronics.
  • •Demonstrated success managing cross-functional hardware projects through development to market release.
  • •Strong understanding of product component development cycles, lead times, and sourcing processes.
  • •Experience communicating with Hardware, Firmware, Manufacturing, and external partners (domestically and internationally).
