Job Summary

Own the platforms and workflows that take a closed deal from quoting to fully provisioned, correctly configured customer accounts. Improve quoting experiences across CPQ to reduce downstream order errors, automate provisioning workflows, and lead integration of AI into quoting, order, and provisioning decisions. Define processing/validation across direct, partner, and self-service channels, partner cross-functionally, and drive observability and operational reliability at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the product vision and roadmap for order management, fulfillment, and provisioning platforms.
•Improve quoting workflows (configuration, pricing rules, contract structuring) to reduce downstream order errors and provisioning failures.
•Define order processing/validation/fulfillment across direct, partner, and self-service channels.
•Drive automation of provisioning workflows and reliably handle edge cases such as amendments, upgrades, cancellations, and reinstatements.
•Integrate AI capabilities into quoting, order, and provisioning workflows, and partner to build observability (dashboards, SLIs/SLOs, fulfillment SLAs, QBR scorecards).

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience in order management, provisioning, or commerce operations within SaaS or enterprise software.
•Deep familiarity with quote-to-cash and quote-to-fulfillment workflows and how quote structure and data quality impact downstream processing.
•Hands-on experience with CPQ platforms and quoting configuration (pricing rules, bundles, contract terms) to reduce order errors at the source.
•Direct experience with Oracle and Zuora as subscription management and billing systems and how amendments and renewals flow into provisioning.
•Experience with entitlement and provisioning logic (entitlements, seat management) and defining observability practices for operational platforms (dashboards, SLIs/SLOs, fulfillment SLAs).
