Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize tram rolling-stock maintenance to guarantee optimal availability, reliability, and safety of the network.
  • •Encadre et coordonne les équipes, veille au respect des règles de fonctionnement social et de sécurité, et organise le travail.
  • •Assurer la bonne réalisation des plans de maintenance, la remise en état des rames après avaries et la bonne application des procédures/outils (notamment la GMAO).
  • •Piloter la politique maintenance: optimisation des immobilisations, gestion des problèmes techniques importants, suivi des accords cadres et garanties, coordination avec constructeurs et équipementiers.
  • •Préparer et établir le budget du service, définir les besoins (outils/matériel), suivre mensuellement les coûts et indicateurs de maintenance, et participer aux astreintes techniques.

Key Requirements

  • •Ingénieur (2 à 3 ans d’expérience) ou Technicien Supérieur en électromécanique, avec 5 à 10 ans en maintenance de matériel ferroviaire électrique.
  • •Compétences en management pour dynamiser l’équipe, proposer des solutions et accompagner les collaborateurs dans un contexte projet.
  • •Expertise technique sur matériel ferré électrique et maîtrise de la négociation.
  • •Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d’initiative avec sens des priorités, leadership et aisance relationnelle.
  • •Capacité à veiller au respect des règles et consignes, notamment celles touchant à la sécurité.
