Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and govern IT project management processes and procedures across ARG activities including project management, change management, and documentation management.
  • •Assist PMO with project scoping, planning, resource management, and reporting to deliver projects meeting business requirements.
  • •Oversee change request processes, coordinating change building, testing, implementing, and documenting while managing stakeholders, risks, and schedules.
  • •Oversee and align IT supplier and customer SLAs/contracts to ensure IT services delivery and manage supplier/customer relationships.
  • •Manage end-to-end IT demands, assess and analyze demand requests, support solution procurement, and mentor project staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an IT field
  • •PMP certified
  • •3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • •Experience implementing full project life cycle end-to-end
  • •Strong skills in MS Project and people leadership (management, leadership, coaching)
