Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-up requests and ticketed IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity and coordinating with other IT teams when needed.
  • •Provide hands-on support for hardware diagnostics, system provisioning, and patch management.
  • •Own the employee technology lifecycle end-to-end, including onboarding/offboarding, provisioning/deprovisioning accounts, devices, and access, and ensuring a smooth Day 1 experience.
  • •Administer and improve Okta (SSO, MFA, user provisioning/deprovisioning, group management, and automation workflows) and manage device enrollment and lifecycle tasks in JumpCloud.
  • •Manage equipment requests and IT assets, maintain device inventory, and troubleshoot conference room and meeting space technology to keep shared workspaces running smoothly.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years supporting employees in a fast-paced office environment with hands-on experience across Linux, Windows, and Mac.
  • •Experience with Okta identity and access administration, including SSO/MFA and user provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • •Experience with JumpCloud (or similar MDM/device management), including compliance policies and scripting.
  • •Comfort troubleshooting conference room and meeting room technology (displays, cameras, microphones, video conferencing).
  • •Networking fundamentals with working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
