Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with operations, compliance, risk, customer support, product, and engineering to understand workflows and identify tooling and automation opportunities.
  • •Improve and extend workflows supported by a third-party back-office solution, including building integrations and supporting services.
  • •Define and incrementally build an in-house back-office platform from discovery and design through implementation, rollout, and iteration.
  • •Create intuitive, reliable experiences for complex operational processes with appropriate permissions, safeguards, and auditability.
  • •Establish consistent patterns for internal interfaces and service integrations, ensuring critical workflows are tested, monitored, and resilient to failure.

Key Requirements
