Key Responsibilities

•Manage a caseload of Small Claims Track cases, planning and organising workloads to meet court deadlines.
•Analyze evidence to create initial case strategy on liability and quantum.
•Conduct telephone discussions and negotiations with clients, defendants, third party insurers and third party solicitors to pursue appropriate settlement and cost apportionment.
•Proof witnesses’ evidence and draft witness statements and court documents while complying with court deadlines.
•Maintain accurate case management, billing, and management information systems, liaise with counsel, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and SRA Standards & Regulations.
