Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage enterprise physical and virtual server infrastructure, including server provisioning, configuration, hardening, and decommissioning.
  • •Administer Windows Server and Linux environments, including OS patching, vulnerability remediation, and log/performance analysis.
  • •Administer virtualization platforms (Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware vSphere), including clusters, hosts, VMs, templates, and troubleshooting HA/failover and VM recovery.
  • •Administer enterprise SAN/NAS storage, including LUN/volume/snapshot management, replication, connectivity (FC/iSCSI), zoning/multipathing, and storage performance optimization.
  • •Act as L3/L5 escalation for complex server/storage incidents; lead RCA, corrective/preventive actions, coordinate with OEMs/vendors, and support 24x7 critical incident activities when required.
