Key Responsibilities

  • •Accompagner et conseiller nos clients sur les solutions ServiceNow et leur évolution.
  • •Contribuer à la mise en œuvre de solutions techniques en fonction des besoins et du savoir-faire Devoteam, incluant paramétrage, intégration et développement d’applications.
  • •Animer des ateliers pour converger vers une compréhension commune de la solution à mettre en œuvre.
  • •Participer à des activités d’avant-vente en accompagnement des ingénieurs d’affaires.
  • •Conseiller dans la stratégie d’évolution de la plate-forme ServiceNow et partager les expériences au sein de l’équipe en France.
