Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor Skywise to identify existing and repetitive aircraft defects.
  • •Raise maintenance action requests for troubleshooting and rectification, and track work orders to closure via Skywise.
  • •Coordinate with line planning/line maintenance, contracted maintenance organisations, and AOG/material planning for defect resolution and required parts/material availability.
  • •Review MEL/CDL, time-limited defects, deferred defects/NEFs, and ensure maintenance action levels are maintained.
  • •Prepare daily aircraft status, delay analysis/reports, and monthly technical dispatch reliability reporting; communicate status updates with IOCC and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •License with type rating on A320 / CFM56+Leap 1A and Minimum Level 3 Airbus A320 training.
  • •7+ years of aircraft certification experience, including at least 5 years on an A320 fleet.
  • •3+ years of MCC (Maintenance Control Center) experience.
  • •Extensive A320 aircraft systems knowledge and advanced knowledge of GACA regulations.
  • •Proficiency with AirnavX, Airman, and standard MS Office; strong quick decision-making and attention to detail.
