Monitor aircraft technical health through Skywise and drive day-to-day defect management for the A320 fleet. Raise maintenance action requests, coordinate troubleshooting and rectification with line maintenance, contracted maintenance, AOG/material planning, engineering, and OEM guidance when procedures fall short. Ensure compliance with MEL/CDL and time-limited and deferred defect requirements, track work orders, and produce daily operational status and delay/dispatch reliability reporting to stakeholders.
