Key Responsibilities

  • •Utilize CMMS to manage completion of preventative maintenance assignments.
  • •Perform or oversee vendor-performed maintenance and calibrations on GMP utility systems, process equipment, and cleanroom infrastructure.
  • •Ensure compliance with GMP documentation requirements by recording work performed in electronic and written form.
  • •Interpret P&IDs, equipment/system layouts, wiring diagrams, and specifications to plan and perform maintenance and repair activities.
  • •Support quality systems for CAPA, deviations, and change management; escort contractors/vendors and provide support during annual shutdowns.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • •6+ years of applicable experience in a GMP environment is preferred.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical equipment, and BMS.
  • •Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs, P&IDs, and work instructions.
  • •Strong communication skills in both oral and written reports; ability to lead and mentor less experienced technicians.
