Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by performing product recovery, restock/destock, and visual merchandising changes per directives
  • •Plan visual floor changes with management through payroll management and adapting zones and visual support to business needs
  • •Use reporting tools with management to identify business opportunities and adjust product placement, outfitting, and stock levels
  • •Partner with Operations and Visual Manager on budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, and technology/facilities; coach and evaluate associates
