Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments as part of a delivery pod. Partner with a Deployment Strategist to co-build solutions that go live in production from day one, handling real code and measurable business impact. Work end-to-end on agent intelligence, integrate data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360 and other platforms, and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and rapid PoCs/MVPs while feeding field insights back to product teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments in production from day one.
•Create agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls) and integrate with customer systems using LLM techniques and the Agentic AI platform.
•Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360 and related customer data platforms, including modeling, shipping, and validating outputs.
•Develop agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.
•Co-build PoCs/MVPs rapidly and surface platform gaps and field insights to senior engineers and product teams.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including at least one production system you can discuss.
•Customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
•Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering, including the ability to explain prompt failures and improvements.
