  • •Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for France with accountability for regional revenue outcomes.
  • •Lead through frontline managers and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, and supporting GTM functions.
  • •Scale a country-first GTM motion through local executive engagement, market nuance, and faster field-level decision-making.
  • •Accelerate the land engine by opening the right opportunities, growing professional workspaces, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion.
  • •Embed Notion’s AI-era GTM model, including agent-enabled journeys and first-agent workflow activation, while measuring outcomes from AI adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in France.
  • •Deep knowledge of the French enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks and local partner channels.
  • •Proven second-line leadership experience hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams.
  • •Track record owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn outcomes.
  • •Fluency in French and English.
