Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop end-to-end digital performance management solutions including dashboards, automated reports, and visual performance packs.
  • •Leverage data modelling, Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and automation to improve reporting quality, scalability, and efficiency.
  • •Create dashboards, visual reports, and leadership-ready slide packs from complex data.
  • •Develop and maintain the project end-to-end data model and analytics framework, including automation and governance for data ingestion and transformation.
  • •Support data ingestion and reporting failures, and work with stakeholders to improve reporting processes and drive continuous optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience developing Power BI dashboards, data models, and visual reports.
  • •Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Automate, and data transformation.
  • •Experience using AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve reporting efficiency and automation.
  • •Ability to translate complex data into clear performance insights and recommendations.
  • •Knowledge of SQL and understanding of SAP and Microsoft platforms, with a degree qualification in a relevant discipline.
