Key Responsibilities

  • •Support business performance management across GI Claims with a focus on Motor and Property Claims portfolios.
  • •Develop and maintain performance reporting frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and portfolio reporting.
  • •Investigate, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends, performance drivers, anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Conduct root-cause analysis and partner with Claims teams to design, implement, and monitor performance improvement initiatives.
  • •Produce actionable insights, recommendations, and high-quality reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates to support decision-making.
