Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare technical projects and create project planning with the planner, supported by workshop managers’ technical expertise.
  • •Monitor progress and schedules across project activities, keeping priorities aligned with planner, team leaders, and workshop managers.
  • •Maintain an up-to-date view of project scope, including changes, additional work, and issues; identify potential impacts on schedule, quality, or budget.
  • •Act as the contact point for the client during project execution, aligning Serco’s onboard activities with work by third parties.
  • •Coordinate internal communication with technical teams, planners, team leaders, and workshop managers, including action follow-ups and timely sharing of planning and technical bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor in a technical field, preferably Electromechanics (or equivalent).
  • •At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in a technical, industrial, or maritime environment.
  • •Experience organizing, planning, or coordinating technical work.
  • •Technical insight with the ability to understand technical information and translate it into practical actions.
  • •Experience in an industrial maintenance environment, maritime sector, or Defense context (a plus).
