Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise site planning and implement cleanroom preventive/corrective maintenance and manufacturing tool install activities.
  • •Oversee cleanroom tool hook-up stages including pre-install planning, equipment rigging/placement, and utility connections (bulk/specialty gases, chemicals, UPW, exhaust, power, chilled water).
  • •Collaborate with facilities engineers, equipment vendors, and contractors; coordinate wall penetrations, structural supports, ductwork, piping, conduit, and interfacing requirements.
  • •Review and authorize hookup designs, P&IDs, and engineering documentation; develop schedules, track progress, and communicate status and delays to senior management.
  • •Manage contractor site work activities to comply with EHS regulations and risk assessment, perform inspections, and troubleshoot utilities/cleanroom systems with root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s (or advanced) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • •3–5 years of work experience on M&E and wafer fab hook-up/tool installations with technical knowledge in facilities systems.
  • •Project management experience and ability to deliver against safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Proficiency in automation and programming (a plus) and effective communication/collaboration skills.
