Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain integrated Life of Mine plans, production schedules, mining sequences, and development strategies using Deswik.
  • •Integrate mine plans with project execution schedules to ensure alignment of critical activities, milestones, resources, and preservation/operational readiness requirements.
  • •Provide mining technical inputs into studies (concept, pre-feasibility, feasibility, execution, and operational readiness) and ensure assumptions and constraints are reflected in documentation.
  • •Coordinate Resource and Reserve reporting, ensuring alignment with declared positions and compliance with governance and assurance processes.
  • •Act as the primary mining interface across technical services, project controls, engineering, operations, and project teams; lead multidisciplinary planning initiatives and support optimization and value engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •8-15 years of experience in mining technical services, mine planning, studies, and project environments.
  • •Demonstrated experience in Life of Mine planning, mine scheduling, and mining optimisation.
  • •Experience integrating mining plans with project execution schedules and work packages.
  • •Experience in care and maintenance, brownfield project, operational readiness, or asset preservation environments.
  • •Experience underground mining operations and coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
