•Advise, coach, and guide management on complex employee relations decisions including performance management, misconduct, and policy guidelines
•Collaborate with People Partners and Legal to ensure compliant, consistent handling of ER issues
•Evolve how employee relations matters are addressed across the company, focusing on principles, people, processes, and technology
•Support leaders to handle workplace concerns and co-create action plans with necessary interventions
•Maintain governance of policies globally, interpret employment laws, and provide guidance on ER inquiries

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 46,112.5 - 80,212.5 annually

•8+ years of relevant work experience in employee relations, workplace conflict, and performance management

•Solid understanding of US employment laws, regulations, policies, and practices
•BS/BA degree; JD degree preferred
