Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain working relationships with corporate stakeholders, engineers, and outsourced suppliers to manage processes, implementations, enhancements, and sustaining operations.
  • •Manage inventory and implement sustaining enhancements and projects.
  • •Maintain standard processes and policies, analyze measurements for daily inventory transactions, and perform physical counts.
  • •Perform system inventory reconciliation and conduct daily data root-cause analysis and debugging.
  • •Run continuous improvement to maintain high inventory accuracy and deliver daily and monthly KPI reporting with weekly/monthly cadence status reporting.

Salary: TWD 958,930 - 1,369,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years’ experience in supply chain inventory control for semiconductor outsource manufacturers and foundries.
  • •Proficient experience with semiconductor manufacturing inventory MES/ERP systems, such as SAP and INCA.
  • •Strong analytical skills and excellent data root-cause analysis.
  • •Proven experience collaborating with semiconductor outsourced manufacturing suppliers and foundries.
  • •Working knowledge of BOM/PLM and manufacturing policy compliance (cycle counts, audits, SOX, ISO).
