Data Analyst - People

Use people and workforce data to drive strategic decisions for the People Analytics team. Translate people needs into actionable insights using statistical testing, data modeling, and analytics toolsets. Work across projects spanning talent acquisition, compensation, workforce planning, and employee listening, including analysis of people-related financial data such as labor capitalization reports. Collaborate with technical experts and senior leadership to deliver quick wins and support the People Analytics roadmap.
