Sales & Service Manager - Galleria Dallas

Lead the Sales & Service function as part of the store leadership team, driving exceptional guest experience while executing sales strategy. You’ll oversee the Sales & Service team on the floor, coach and develop talent, manage workforce coverage, and investigate root-cause sales opportunities with the General Manager. Partner on budget and reporting using store metrics, represent the business in meetings, and help build succession and recruitment pipelines.
