Own HubSpot CRM data integrity and enforce revenue data hygiene while building dashboards and reporting that power weekly revenue reviews. Key Responsibilities

•Own HubSpot CRM data integrity by monitoring data flows, optimizing automations, enforcing hygiene standards, and protecting pipeline trust.
•Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for weekly revenue reviews, including coverage, stage flow, conversion, deal age, and win rates.
•Support forecasting using bottom-up pipeline inspection and surfacing risks such as slipped deals, sandbagging, and ghost pipeline.
•Analyze large datasets with SQL and BI tools to identify trends and drivers that inform GTM decisions.
•Measure and explain the impact of outbound, ABM, partner, and marketing motions so spend follows what works, partnering with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance.

•Turn ambiguous revenue questions into clear analysis by building, pressure-testing, and presenting recommendations.
•Advanced spreadsheet skills with basic SQL and BI skills; some comfort in Python is a plus.
•Comfort working in a CRM and marketing automation stack; HubSpot experience is a strong plus.
