Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide individualized ABA therapy to clients one-on-one under the supervision of a BCBA. Implement treatment plans, collect and record accurate session data, and support skill development as well as behavior-reduction goals. Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families, and participate in ongoing ABA and special education training. The role is part-time, in-person in Thousand Oaks/Simi Valley, with supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification.
