Sales Associate

Deliver front-line, in-store customer service by handling walk-ins and incoming calls, processing sales orders, quotes, pricing requests, and customer payments, and keeping the store clean, stocked, and merchandised. Use product knowledge to support customers and upselling, help identify new leads to outside sales reps, and learn the BisTrack system for receiving and POS tasks. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues quickly using a sense of urgency.
